My background in mental health, parenting and coaching means I understand that when you feel better supported, calmer and more confident, your dog does too.

Yes, all my methods are based on positive reinforcement and neuro science evidence- building relationships through trust and understanding, never fear or intimidation.

I specialise in problem solving and triaging out to an appropriate and trusted dog trainer or behaviourist professional. Call the Dog Nonna is designed for families and individuals who need more than generic advice - we'll work together to find solutions that fit your unique circumstances.

As will all things especially when working with pet dogs there are no 100% guarantees. However I can say that if we do work together you'll receive my full attention alongside compassionate, professional support tailored to your situation. However, successful outcomes depend on many factors including your consistency with following the recommendations and activities I provide and your individual dog's needs.

We'll meet via Zoom at a time that suits you. I'll send you a link and any preparation materials beforehand. It's just like meeting in person, but from the comfort of your home. My suggestion is, walk the dog or offer some sniffy enrichment before we meet. Grab a cuppa, pen and paper and get comfy! A full replay and transcript can be downloaded after our call.

Yes, I understand life happens. Please give at least 24 hours notice when possible so I can offer your slot to another family or individual who needs support.

Call the Dog Nonna includes WhatsApp support between sessions for questions, sharing videos or feedback. I'm always happy to help where I can. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours Monday to Friday for me to respond (if you contact me on a Friday or over the weekend I won’t respond until the Monday after).

For emergencies - call your vet for medical emergencies, put them on speed dial, The Samaritans or Blue Cross for emotional support.

I'm based in Exeter and cover most of East and South Devon. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the immediate Exeter area.

All digital products come with my business lifetime access. You can download them immediately and refer back to them whenever needed.

Yes! The Puppy Start Right course is designed to be family-friendly for ages 8+ and many families find it helpful to get children involved in positive training methods.

Digital products are licensed for household use, so family members living in the same home can access and use the materials together. Please do not share log in details or download resources to share beyond our contractual agreement. All resources are the intellectual property of The Dog Nonna. Copyright infringement is a serious matter and I ask that you respect this.

Payment plans are available for Call the Dog Nonna and can be arranged on a case by case basis for other services. Just mention this when you contact me.

This depends on the service. Call the Dog Nonna includes structured ongoing support, through additional 1:1 bespoke consultations.

From late Spring 2026, I’ll be re opening my dog sitting service. A limited availability for older, timid, or sensitive dogs who need an experienced, nurturing presence to feel safe and supported whilst you’re away. This offer is ONLY open to people who have bought a service or worked with me previously. Please get in touch if this is of interest to you and I’ll add you to the wait list of people to contact early next year.

Yes, building your support network is part of what I do. I can recommend trusted veterinarians, trainers, behaviourists, pet services and other professionals as needed for your specific situation.
